About
Crisal John's journey is one of transformation, both personal and creative. As an author, she uses language as a vessel for healing and reflection, inviting readers to explore the depths of emotion, resilience, and rebirth. As an artist, her work captures the beauty of becoming, translating life's transitions into colour, texture, and form. And as an educator and consultant, she guides individuals and organisations toward more human-centred leadership and authentic connections.

Her creative and teaching philosophy rests on a simple truth: helping others is the most profound form of art; this includes helping yourself. Every poem, art, and program she creates begins with empathy, a belief that growth is not linear but cyclical, much like nature itself.
With a background in customer service, leadership, sales and years of experience mentoring teams and creatives alike, Crisal bridges the gap between art and impact. Her work reminds us that to help others evolve, we must first honor our own unfolding.
Based in Trinidad and Tobago, Crisal has facilitated programs across the Caribbean, including Jamaica, The Bahamas, St. Kitts — with clients such as FT Farfan, Liberty Latin America, Flow, Tommy's Brewery, Roof Systems, Phoenix Gas, Maritime Financial Group, and Term Finance.
Every session begins with Personal Leadership, the foundation of growth and accountability. She believes that before we can lead others, we must first learn to lead ourselves. Her work incorporates the Ask Leadership model, developed by her mentor Nigel J. Wall, who has over twenty years of experience in leadership development.
Under Nigel's mentorship, she has learnt the art of facilitation: how to move a room, ignite insight, and help teams connect with purpose. Her sessions are interactive, reflective, and results-driven, using storytelling and real-world practice to anchor change in behavior, not just in theory.
What I Believe
Helping others is the most profound form of art.
Every creative act, every facilitation, every moment of teaching begins with empathy and the belief that growth is cyclical, much like nature itself.
Personal Leadership comes first.
Before we can lead others, we must first learn to lead ourselves. Personal leadership is the foundation of growth, accountability, and authentic influence.
Learning happens through experience.
Real transformation doesn't come from theory alone—it comes from interactive, reflective experiences that anchor change in behavior, not just in understanding.
To help others evolve, we must honor our own unfolding.
Growth is not linear. It requires us to bridge the gap between art and impact, between creativity and practical wisdom, between who we are and who we're becoming.
